National Conference on Incontinence Scholarship Program
Funded under the National Continence Program, ten scholarships will be awarded to support attendance at the National Conference on Incontinence.
- National Conference on Incontinence registration - including the conference dinner and clinical workshops (subject to availability)
- travel and accommodation costs.
The top scholarship winner will also be offered the opportunity to participate in a placement at a continence service.
Nominations for this year will open in August 2020.
The top scholarship winner, Renne Chettle, has been offered a placement at the Alfred Health Continence Service.
Australian Bladder Foundation Grants
The Australian Bladder Foundation (ABF) has been established to promote the work of the Continence Foundation of Australia to build healthier communities. The aim of the ABF is to raise vital funds to ensure the continued development of research to assist people with bladder and bowel dysfunction and incontinence in Australasia.
Congratulations to our 2019 Grant Recipients
- Lubricin: Innovative intravesical therapy for bladder dysfunction? [Donna Sellers for the Richard Millard Award]
- CO2 Surgical Laser for Treatment of Stress Urinary Incontinence in Women – a RCT study [Lin Li Ow]
Both research studies fall under Category 3 (urinary incontinence). Winners were announced at the 28th National Conference on Incontinence in November 2019.
